All orders are processed within 1 hour. Orders are not delivered on Saturdays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few hours.

Local transportation (within [Nairobi County]): Estimated delivery time is 2 hours in the normal business days.
Outside Nairobi: Estimated delivery time is within 24-48 hours

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Free delivery within Nairobi.

We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
